The debut full-length album from California pop punk band The Story So Far. Under Soil And Dirt was a monumental album for me when it dropped in the summer of 2011, days I spent browsing Tumblr and wishing I could go to the Vans Warped Tour with my friends (which I finally did for the first time the next summer). Lyrically not every track here has aged as gracefully, but this album remains a time capsule of a bygone era that laid the foundation for a generation of pop punk to follow. My favorite tracks are Swords And Pens, High Regard, Daughters and Placeholder.
