Seventh Rule started out of Chicago in 2003 in an effort to antagonize the Indie Rock scene and continue to keep 'Metal' a dirty word. Relocated to Portland, OR in 2010 and continues to put out the finest in Metal, Doom, Post Punk, and Noise Rock.
