The first song I heard by Vandelux was, “Shelter.” Very different than his other stuff, but I love when artists sample old war propaganda sound bites. Really the only other song I heard of his after that was “Walls.” It wasn’t until Lexie bought me his new album “When the Light Breaks” that I was re-introduced to his music. Since 2023, I’ve seen him almost 10 times. His cover of “Somebody Else” has almost 950 plays on my Spotify 😅
