EMA - Past Life Martyred Saints. This album changed my brain chemistry. Timeless, lyrically challenging, straddles the edge of noise and drone but with a little Low and angry Cat Power thrown in. Every track sounds like it could be the outro to a film about growing up and realizing no one prepared us for just how violent the world is. Good for a late night drive.
