The "Coody Claus and Ninja Elves Xmas Edition" came about because Fed-Ex destroyed a box of jackets that were intended for Ninja Gun when Restless Rubes first came out, as a result Vinyl Collective ended up with about 100 records without jackets. Thinking about options, they decided to ask Mitch Clem to create a special edition cover, which is different than the regular cover. It is technically part of the 1st pressing, but was not released until mid December 2008.
