The 1st Press had a bi-fold paper cover (with an image of a burning effigy) with a folded paper lyric sheet insert. Many copies had a multipage black and white bi-fold insert with photos, while others had a simple single page folded lyric sheet The record labels were yellow and black.

The 2nd Press had a glossy envelope cover (with an image of a bell tower) with a tri-folded glossy picture insert. The labels were blue and white.
