Released in gatefold sleeve with a glossy finish including a 75-page booklet made from the same files as earlier editions.
The records itself were ordered on standard weight (140 - 160 g) and are housed in black poly-lined inner sleeves.
The color is given as "MD Blend Koi Pond" on hyper sticker but marketed as "Koi Pond MD Blend" online. Pressed by credit derived from runout grooves.

・Side A: All four "ARROWHEADS." are stamped.

DEATHCONSCIOUSNESS was recorded in a five year period, stretching from late 2002 to late 2007.
