-Labels were black and white
-200 of these were tour copies w/ photocopied cardstock covers, on brick red cardstock and some other various colored paper; the rest of the pressing had the standard covers/inserts with black and gold ink on black cardstock

-Labels were black and gold
-Standard covers and inserts with black and gold ink on black cardstock

-Labels were black and gold
-Covers were silkscreened with white ink on dark red or black
cardstock, w/ black and white photocopied inserts
