There must be additional colors and/or color variants because clear ash type colors due exist. The difference between pressings appears to be that both the 1st and 2nd pressings have full color inserts while the 3rd pressing has black and white photocopies inserts and a jacket that has a large printing smudge/printing mistake on the cover.
